Brubaker recently appeared on "Pennsylvania Newsmakers," a public policy talk television show hosted by Terry Madonna. Some of the discussion topics included key legislative issues before the General Assembly such as pension reform, privatization of the state’s liquor stores, future of the Pennsylvania Lottery and Senate Bill 4, legislation sponsored by Brubaker that would give the General Assembly the authority to determine what constitutes a purely public charity but only after the citizens have spoken.
