• Senate Bill 828 (Vogel), amending the Eating and Drinking Place Law to allow non-profit entities to sell food items obtained from an unapproved source.

  • Amendment 5457 requires that food offered for sale by a non-profit be “non-potentially hazardous food,” and that the organization selling the food provides notification to the buyer that the food was prepared in a non-licensed private home.

• Senate Bill 884 (Waugh), amending the Agricultural Area Security Law to permanently establish the Agricultural Land Conservation Assistance Grant Program within the Act.

  • Amendment 05345 removes language regarding the disposition of monies from the sale of a certain property.

• Senate Resolution 215 (Brubaker), requiring the Legislative and Budget Finance Committee to study the costs necessary to meet Pennsylvania's nutrient reduction goals for the Chesapeake Bay from agricultural sources.
