February 20, 2008 - Senator Brubaker and Representative Dave Hickernell at the Main Street Mount Joy Volunteer Appreciation Banquet which was held at The Gathering Place in Mount Joy.

February 8, 2008 - Senator Brubaker at the groundbreaking ceremony for Faith Friendship Ministries' new apartment building located in Ephrata. The new facility will provide 40 new apartments to the Ephrata area and the first units will open in the Fall of this year.
